Rice Wind Energy had its best CWC yet, finishing 2nd in the nation overall at CWC 2025! The team put forth an incredible group effort, achieving top 5 in Turbine Design and Testing, top 3 in Project Development, and 1st place in the Connection Creation contest!

Minneapolis, Minnesota
Despite having just one prior learn-along competition cycle, Rice Wind Energy used what it learned to take a massive leap forward, qualifying for the final phase of the CWC 2024 and eventually finishing as a top 10 team in the nation!
